U.V. Retro fit Savio Compact Skimmer SC0000 with this Aqua Ultra violet 15 watt UV unit. Takes the standard Aqua Ultraviolet 15 watt U.V. bulb #AQA20015. This unit uses a glass sleeve like most standard UV units but is made to fit into the Savio Skimmer. This unit can be used in place of Savio's SUV018. One advantage of this unit is time proven technology and reliability. Another is price - especailly of the replacement bulbs which sell for about half the price of the 18 watt bulb for the SUV018. This unit comes complete with a 15 watt bulb, the transformer and etc. ready to plug in and use. Another great feater of this unit is the clear cap on the transformer which allows a blue glow to show you that the unit is working. Highest quality quartz sleeve for optimum UV transmission. Long lamp life (up to 14 months!) Easy installation with four pin connection. This 15 watt unit is good for ponds up to a flow rate of at least 1800 gph. Use one unit in any Savio Compact Skimmer. The power cord is 11 feet total. (4ft of cord, then the transformer which makes up part of the length, then 7 more feet of cord).
