The Aqua Ultraviolet UVC is the standard in Ultra violet Clarifiers for "in line" applications. The are high quality and available in a variety of features. This one is black in color. It is 25 watts and sterilize at flow rates up to 1200 gallons per hour and clarify at flow rates of up to 2400 gph. The inlet and outlet on this model are 2". Aqua is one of the most solid and well made UV units we have seen in this price range. This is a professional grade UVC made by a company that manufactures Ultra Violet units. Much higher quality than Tetra or Pondmaster for example. These units also use standard UV bulbs available from many manufacturers at reasonable prices, unlike certain companies that use a pattented bulb that force you to buy an overpriced replacement bulb when needed.
