The Atlantic filter falls 1500 filters and aerates the water while creating the beauty of a waterfall or stream with the option of a gorgously planted bog full of lush plant growth as well.
This model does well on ponds up to 2000 gallons as a filter or on any size pond as a waterfall. The maximum pump size for this model is 4000 gph. It has a 20 gallon capacity and a 19" spillway.
The rugged polyethylene housing is warranted for life.
The open swirl chamber design allows water to flow evenly through the filter pad and media. (filter pad, top and bottom grates, media bag,and bulk head fitting, silicone, liner clips, liner flange and stainless steel screws are are included.
The large capacity allows for additional media lava rock, ammo rock or pea gravel to be added. Practical Garden Ponds recommends pea gravel with live plants planted directly into the gravel. This beautifies your pond tremendously and will provide the best plant growth anywhere in your pond!
