  • Highly effective and extremely safe formula targets infected areas
  • Slime coat replacer helps speed recovery
  • Can be used as a bath, dip or with food
Use Directions
3.5oz bottle treats 100 gallons. Can be used as a bath, a short-term dip or an oral treatment.
  • As a bath: For use with external nitrofuran-susceptible, microbial diseases, use 1 capful per 10 gallons. A partial or complete water change should be made just prior to beginning treatment and every 24 hours afterward, followed by re-treatment. Any water used should first be conditioned with Ultimate® or a combination of ClorAm-X and Stress-X to remove ammonia, chloride and chloramines. Repeat treatment every 24 hours for 5-7 days or until complete cessation of mortalities occurs. If improvement is not noted within 3 days, discontinue use and seek an alternative treatment.
  • As a short-term dip: Mix the proper amount of BiFuran+ into a container of conditioned freshwater and place diseased fishes into container with gentle aeration. Allow the fishes to remain in this dip treatment until they can no longer remain upright or show other signs of osmotic stress (typically no longer than 1 minute). After treatment, return treated fishes to normal seawater for recovery.
  • As an oral treatment: For systemic, internal infections, BiFuran+ can be fed mixed with fish food
