Step 1: Choose Your Lights
ProEco LED Pond and Fountain Lights are a wonderfully versatile tool for illuminating your water feature. With waterproof Stainless Steel housing and tempered glass, these lights are intended for underwater use. With 50,000 hour LEDs, you can expect these lights to last for years before needing replacement. These lights can be used with a variety of controllers with pre-programmed options. Step 2: Choose Your Splitter
You can run numerous lights off of one controller, synchronized with the same programmed light sequence. In order to do this, you'll have to feed those lights into the same controller. That's where the splitter comes in. Choose from a 2-Way Splitter (Tee) and a 6-Way Splitter. Both have plastic housing and are fully submersible. With an IP68 Rating, you can trust its durability.
Step 3: Choose Your Cable
These extension cords allow you to move locate the controller and power supply further from the fountain or pond. Since the lights and splitters use 22AWG cords, the 18AWG cords require an adapter to use. The smaller 3m cords do not require an adapter to use, but you can only string a maximum of seven cables together. All cords have plastic housing and are fully submersible. With an IP68 Rating, you can trust its durability.
Step 4: Choose Your Controller
LC - This economical RGB controller comes with 3 basic pre-programmed patterns. With just one output channel, it can only handle a total of 72 Watts of lighting. 20' remote range.
LC-B - This outdoor-rated controller has 16 pre-programmed patterns. With 3 output channels, this controller can power up to a combined 216 Watts of lighting. 60' remote range. Available in 22AWG or 18AWG sizes. 18AWG controller comes with 22AWG-18AWG Adapter.
LC-RGB-4 - This powerful controller is DMX-512 compatible and offers 33 pre-programmed patterns. It has 4 independent channel groups with 90 Watt capacity, for a total of 360 Watts capacity. When used with the DMX-2, this controller is fully programmable. 18AWG controller, comes with 22AWG-18AWG Adapter.
DMX-2 - The DMX-2 is a fully programmable DMX Interface. Included software makes for easy programming on any computer. Program a light pattern and download it onto the DMX-2 for playback. Compatible with 36 bit and 64 bit systems, Windows XP/Vista/7.
Step 5: Choose Your Power Supply
The most consideration in choosing a power supply is selecting something that can handle the total amount of lights. The wattage of the power supply must be equal or greater to the combined wattage of all lights plugged into the power supply.
