Customers who complete their orders online will receive automatic confirmation of their purchase at the email address provided during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders in cases such as, but not limited to: pricing errors, suspected credit card fraud, or undeliverable address.
All orders over $99 ship free, and some of our most popular items are available with free shipping regardless of the size of your order. Items generally ship the same or next business day, by Federal Express or UPS (or USPS for smaller items). You will receive email notification with the tracking information soon after shipment. In the case of out-of-stock item(s), we will contact customers as soon as possible in order to determine whether to back-order the item(s) or refund the purchase.
Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned or replaced if reported to us upon receipt. We also honor all manufacturer warranties, and we will help you with the warranty claim process.
Merchandise that is not defective or damaged ("remorse returns") may be returned within 30 days of purchase at the customer's shipping expense. Provided that remorse returns are delivered in like-new condition, a full refund will be initiated within 1 business day. Made-to-order handcrafted goods, products shipped via truck freight, and other specialty items may not be eligible for remorse returns or may be subject to significant restocking fees.
